She began her trainings in 1998 Mysore asthangha yoga , going on to ever deepen her training in her love of yoga through vinyasa yoga , Hatha yoga , yoga therapy and thai yoga massage , Anahata , vajrasati, restorative and building community also as an Acroyoga teacher .she frequently teachers Sahdana ~meditation retreats .
